Design and visual resources analysis of Denning’s Point Master Plan and proposed new building for the Beacon Institute of Rivers and Estuaries in the Hudson Highlands; a coastal landscape designated as a Scenic Area of Statewide Significance. Assessment included consideration of the form, line, color, texture, scale, and contrast of the scenic landscape. Prepared for the Dormitory Authority State of New York, as sub-consultant to the Louis Berger Group.
