Two-story attached residential cottage houses and carriage houses planned in clusters of five and six. These brick and stone houses are part of the proposed new construction at The Landmark Colony historic preservation project on Staten Island. The typologies and architectural elements tie back to the site's history while proposing to create a new vibrant community, shared and private green spaces while sustainably reducing curb cuts on the site.
