KILL VAN KULL 

A private initiative to foster community through the arts and working waterfront and proposal for a special mixed use zoning district on the North Shore.  The proposal envisioned changing part of the current M3-1 district to allow residential uses, work-live spaces and places of production along side the existing maritime industrial use. It incorporated a mass transit alternative to the City’s proposed North Shore transit system.
