STATEMENT OF PHILOSOPHY
We all live surrounded by, and within, the built environment. Architects are ineluctably connected to and responsible for that environment: we are stewards as professionals and as citizens. As a fifth generation resident of Staten Island, New York, Tim understands the dynamic tension between the vital importance of history and the evolving needs and realities of our community. He believes the Architect plays an important role in the development and preservation of the built environment, and frequently consult on the re-structuring of regulations to help create communities and cities that serve current needs as well as those of the future.

He has proven expertise in a wide-ranging oeuvre, as evidenced by professional awards.
Tim, his firms, and his projects, have been recognized by the American Institute of Architects, the American Planning Association, the Victorian Society in America and the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce.
